Oops...

I didn't necessarily expect that to work.
I now, officially, feel like a cyber-squatter for occupying this space.

The point is this: I have become obsessed with podcast novels. I've almost completely stopped listening to music. I get upset if I don't go home some night and it leaves me without updates to the stories that I am subscribed to.

I love them. I think they're the cat's pajamas.

And what that means to me (and people who know me know this to be true) is that I really want to make one.

Now...

Everything I have read about writing says that above all else, you must write. Journaling advised, discipline mandatory.

So what I thought I'd do is jot down what I was liking, thinking about, or planning to steal from the podcasts that I'm listening to as a way of exploring the medium and lubricating my typing fingers.

So this might come off like a series of reviews. Or it might be a bunch of rants interspersed with self-flagellation about failure to produce. I don't know. It seems like as good a use of this space as any I just can't begin to claim ownership or any particular knowledge or authority about the podcast novel.

None the less this is now my space (no pun intended) and I hope I can some valid use of it.
